CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event that you need to cancel your appointment please be sure to give a 24 hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). To avoid any fees, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your reservation. LATE POLICY: Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To ensure every client receives the best experience, please arrive on time. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. If you arrive more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be canceled, and a 50% late cancellation fee will apply. NO CALL/ NO SHOWS: No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s). NO CHILDREN POLICY To provide a safe, relaxing experience for every client, I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. My studio is not equipped to safely accommodate children, and many services require precision and your full attention. By booking, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies.
