BOOKING: A valid card is required to reserve your appointment. Your card will NOT be charged when you book. PAYMENTS: All payments are due at the end of service, I accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo and Apple Cash. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION POLICY:
In the event that you need to cancel your appointment please be sure to give a 24 hour notice. This allows other guests to book an appointment during this time. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 50% fee of the scheduled service(s). To avoid any fees, please reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your reservation.
LATE POLICY:
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A 5 minute grace period is allowed. Arrivals more than 5 minutes late may result in cancellation if there is insufficient time to complete your service. If your appointment is canceled due to late arrival, a fee of 50% of the scheduled service total will apply.
NO CALL/ NO SHOWS:
No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s).
NO CHILDREN POLICY:
To provide a safe, relaxing experience for every client, I kindly ask that you do not bring children to your appointment. My studio is not equipped to safely accommodate children, and many services require precision and your full attention.
